I recently completed a 30 Days of Yoga Nidra Challenge. I recorded my 30 days of Yoga Nidra Journey and would like to share it with you. If you want to know more about Yoga Nidra, you can read my blog post: Power of Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique that involves deep relaxation and conscious awareness. It is a form of guided meditation that helps to reduce stress, and anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
So, by knowing this knowledge, I wanted to give it a try and see if it will help me mentally and physically.
Before I share my 30 Days Yoga Nidra Challenge, I would like to let you know the things you would need if you want to do this challenge yourself.
You need a script that helps you do a body scan and helps get into a deep relaxation state. So I used one from YouTube.
Of course, for this challenge, you will need a comfortable space to practice. I used my bed and made sure my room is as dark as possible and free from distractions.
I also used EarBuds which helped me focus on the script.
What I liked about Yoga Nidra is, you don’t have to make an effort to get it right. Just lay down and listen to the script.
I also would like to make a quick disclaimer that if you are suffering from anxiety, depression or sleep problems, you should consult a trained medical professional to seek help.
So here is my journey of 30 Days of Yoga Nidra
